- Follow a 90/10 healthy/unhealthy balance. Things are not a “treat” if they are an everyday occurrence. Get used to eating the same thing every single day.
- Focus fasting - in the morning fast from food, in the afternoon fast from focus. Spiritual aspect of fasting: you are high alert (fight or flight) and have to deal with reactions more often - accelerated personal growth.
- Avoid hyper-palatable foods altogether. Time has shown that you cannot control yourself after the hunger pangs kick in.
